Supporting data files for GCAM Core Model Proposal 415

This repository contains six .xlsm (Microsoft Excel Macro-Enabled Workbook) data files derived from techno-economic spreadsheets generated using the H2A-Lite hydrogen production cost model developed by the National Laboratory of the Rockies (NLR, formerly National Renewable Energy Laboratory). Original model documentation is available at https://www.nrel.gov/hydrogen/h2a-lite. The datasets contain techno-economic data for multiple hydrogen production pathways, including proton exchange membrane (PEM) electrolysis using grid electricity; PEM hybrid configurations combining wind and solar electricity; alkaline electrolysis using grid electricity; alkaline hybrid configurations; biomass gasification; and fossil fuel–based cases. These data are provided as supporting inputs for GCAM core model proposal 415 which can be found here.
