Monocytes were isolated from blood of Wildtype, Mir150 and TET3 knockout mice, sorted for classical and non-classical monocyte subsets. RNA seq was performed on unstimulated monocytes.
从野生型（Wildtype）、Mir150基因敲除小鼠及TET3基因敲除小鼠的血液中分离单核细胞，并分选得到经典型与非经典型单核细胞亚群；随后对未受刺激的单核细胞开展RNA测序（RNA-seq）实验。
