This dataset contains AI-generated facial images created by various AI tools primarily utilizing Stable Diffusion, as well as raw facial images collected in-house or crawled from the Internet. Each image may include one or multiple human faces, and can be either a natural human face or a non-natural face (e.g., cartoon, sketch). Any image containing even a single AI-generated component (either the facial region or non-facial region) shall be categorized as an AI-generated image. The dataset has an approximately equal proportion of AI-generated facial images and raw facial images. All image files are in JPG format, named with 16-character random strings composed of letters and digits, with pixel dimensions ≥ 128 × 128, though their clarity varies.
