Dataset contains sequences of PCR-based markers developed for white lupin PCR-based markers targeting DArT-seq and silicoDArT loci significantly associated with white lupin phenology traits such as days from sowing to floral bud emergence, days from sowing to start of flowering and days from sowing to end of flowering. The white lupin diversity panel originating from three main climate zones (tropical, subtropical and temperate) was evaluated in four environments: spring sowing in greenhouse with absolute lack of vernalization under long day photoperiod (Poznań) as well as in field conditions by autumn sowing with strong vernalization (Lodi), autumn sowing with moderate vernalization (Sanluri) and spring sowing with mild vernalization (Saint Sauvant). Genome-wide association study (GWAS) revealed several loci significantly associated with flowering time, including the set of DArT-seq/silicoDArT loci originating from different regions of the genome. These loci were transformed into PCR markers using cleaved amplified polymorphic sequence (CAPS) or derived CAPS (dCAPS) approaches. Dataset contains information about DOI, marker names, accession numbers and names of white lupin lines used as templates for PCR amplification and Sanger sequencing, and marker sequences.
