Cassava assessment in Burundi

This dataset contains Excel files from a survey conducted on cassava consumption in the Makamba province of Burundi, along with laboratory analyses of retted cassava samples collected from the surveyed households. The survey data include household cassava consumption patterns, preferences, and quantities consumed.The laboratory data provide measurements of physicochemical and fermentation characteristics of the retted cassava samples, supporting the analyses presented in the submitted manuscript.
