This study is to develop a short term and highly accurate prediction method of renal carcinogenicity based on gene expression profile of rats administrated by carcinogens. We conducted 28 days-repeated dose experiments in male SD rats with sulfone bis(p-chlorophenyl), and the gene expression profiles of renal cortex were analyzed using custom microarrays.

本研究旨在开发一种基于致癌物染毒大鼠基因表达谱(gene expression profile)的短期、高精度肾脏致癌性预测方法。本研究对雄性SD大鼠开展双(对氯苯基)砜染毒的28天重复染毒实验,并采用定制微阵列(custom microarrays)分析肾皮质的基因表达谱。
