Research Instruments - The Role of Gamification Elements in Digital Banking Adoption

The research instrument was developed based on adaptations from previous research and adapted to the context of gamification in digital banking. The questionnaire was conducted using Google Form and distributed to users of digital banking applications in Indonesia with the majority of respondents residing in Jakarta.
