Replication data for PLOS ONE paper by Folsom AR et al. entitled Prediction of Venous Thromboembolism Incidence in the General Adult Population using Two Published Genetic Risk Scores

The data are in an EXCEL file, its contents are listed in a tab attached to this file, and the distributions of all variables are provided in a separate file. Because the genetic risk score could potentially be used to identify individuals, we rounded the genetic risk scores to the 4th decimal point.
