: Glucose utilisation was significantly lower in D10Δpepc compared to D10 (p<0.05).
: Lactate excretion and glutamine utilisation were significantly lower in D10Δpepc compared to D10 (p<0.001). Succinate, malate and fumarate concentrations in the spent medium were below the detection limit of the assay kits used.
