Seasonality and FluorCam data of Asparagopsis in Gladstone

Dataset contains data on the monthly dry weight, shoot length, shoot count, and reproductive status of Asparagopsis taxiformis collected in Gladstone, QLD. This data set also contains chlorophyll fluorescence data (FluorCam) of A. taxiformis before and after exposure to thermal stress. Codes used to extracte environmental data from eReefs Data Explorer website are also included.
