Early stages of allopatric speciation in Spinacia turkestanica, and the domestication of cultivated spinach

This is the SNP datasets of the 16 S. oleracea and 76 S. turkestanica accessions. The population structure and genetic diversity of Spinacia accessions in relation to their geographic origin, the presence of
selective sweeps identified using SNP markers, and the relationships of cultivated spinach accessions with accessions of the wild
ancestor, Spinacia turkestanica, were investigated to clarify our understanding of the domestication history of spinach.
