Software and Data for manuscript 'A model study on the impact of islands on the cross-shelf transport among the Pearl River Estuary, its adjacent coast and inner shelf'.

This repository contains three files

(1) Model configuration file for the 'Isl' and 'Noi' experiments;

(2) A modified version of the COAWST source code used in the numerical experimentsand;

(3) Runoff data in the model.

Model forcing files (Boundary, Surface, Nudging) exceeds the size limit, thus are not uploaded in this repo.
