Reanalysis of BioProject PRJCA006814

Taxonomic feature interpretation (separated for the 5 taxonomy ranks - genus, family, order, class, phylum) of the raw 16S metabarcoding data deposited by Wu et.al (2022 - https://doi.org/10.1002/ijc.34118) as BioProject PRJCA006814 (Genome Sequence Archive accession CRA005195). We used the above upstream data to generate the taxonomy interpretation deposited here. The taxonomy is grounded in SILVA SSU Ref NR99 release 138.1. This interpretation was the basis of the re-analysis of the original paper by BluMaiden Biosciences as described in the upcoming manuscript "Early Prediction of Anti-PD-1 Response in Hepatocellular Carcinoma via Multi-Rank Taxonomic Feature Engineering and a LUT-Based Prediction Vehicle".
