Kingston Environmental Restoration and Habitat Connectivity Project Stage 1

This project will deliver significant environmental improvements and long term benefits to the Kingston area. The project is designed to enhance existing native vegetation sites that will directly benefit endangered birds, through selected weed control works and follow up revegetation. The focus is to improve vegetation corridors as well as recreational links which will provide the community with greater access to these sites. The project aims to improve Kingston's natural environment while providing participants with a range of learning opportunities and skill development. Through engagement with the community and action groups this project will address and improve conservation awareness.
