Bacterial community associated with wild Cassiopea xamachana

Upside-down jellyfish, Cassiopea xamachana, were collected from two field sites in the Florida Keys. The bacterial community associated with bell, oral arm, and gonad were extracted and processed via Illumina sequencing.
