Companies implementing digital transformation processes in Italy 2021, by field

According to a 2021 survey, 31 percent of the interviewed companies were going to implement projects involving software development innovations in 2021. Customer experience (CX) and Big data seemed more attractive areas, as 37 and 39 percent of companies planned to set projects in these fields. Lastly, 34 percent of Italian companies planned to invest resources in cloud computing.
