Supplementary datasets for "Spectral evidence for magmatic differentiation within a Martian plumbing system"

This repository contains supplementary datasets for the manuscript entitled: "Spectral evidence for magmatic differentiation within a Martian plumbing system".This repository includes supplementary datasets that constitute an extension of the results included in the main manuscript related to the description of the identification of mineralogical changes across distinct volcanic units sourced from the same plumbing system. This repository includes the produced digital elevation models (DEMs) using the MarsSI system that were used for 3D visualizations and morphological descriptions. This repository also includes CRISM datasets supplemented by the obtained spectral results, including the locations of the region of interest as well as the averaged reflectance of the regions of interest, normalized by the averaged reflectance of the spectrally neutral terrains within the same detector columns to enhance spectral features.
