Differential gene expression analysis related to molt in Ginkkoridak

The goal of the study is to find out differentially expressed genes related to molt in Ginkkoridak. Since Ginkkoridak appears to be different between males and females, we designed our study considering not only the status of molt but also sex difference. The effect of sex on the transcriptome cannot be overemphasized. Therefore, conducting gene expression analysis with different sex is crucial for a comprehensive understanding of molt.
