1) Dataset on the flowering phenology of seventeen herbaceous grassland plant species across the year 2020. The data was collected in the Global Change Experimental Facility (GCEF).2) Dataset with mean values of traits (SLA and vegetative height) derived from the TRY database (Kattge et al., 2020).3-6) Datasets with calculated log response ratios (LRR) (climate response) for all investigated phenological stages (first flowering day (FFD), last flowering day (LFD), flowering duration (FD), peak flowering (Peakfl) and across all investigated species, together with information on functional traits and grassland utilization indicator values.7) Dataset on grassland utilization indicator values (from Briemle et al., 2002) derived by the BiolFlor database (Klotz et al.,2002)8) Dataset for plotting model outputs (linear models) testing the relationship between functional traits and phenological shifts (LRR).9) Metadata file with meta data for all datasets.
