This folder summarizes the maleimido reaction for peptide conjugation on electrospun scaffolds to enrich their surfaces to obtain varied functionalities. A small library of bioactive peptide sequences that promising for vascular grafts are listed. Peptide amount was quantified on fiber scaffolds by prepared calibration curves with HPLC. Calibration curve each peptide and their conjugation efficacy on electrospun fiber scaffolds are given in this folder. Fiber morphological observations after peptide conjugation are given in dataset. Cytotoxicity of these peptides on fibroblast cells and proliferation profile on endothelial cells are also available in dataset.
