Dataset Direct Download Service (WFS): Seismic zoning in the department of Nièvre (58)

Since 22 October 2010, France has had a new seismic zoning dividing the national territory into five zones of increasing seismicity depending on the probability of occurrence of earthquakes (Articles R563-1 to R563-8 of the Environmental Code, as amended by Decrees Nos 2010-1254 of 22 October 2010 and 2010-1255 of 22 October 2010, as well as by the Decree of 22 October 2010):
• an area of seismicity 1 where there is no specific seismic requirement for buildings at normal risk (the seismic hazard associated with this area is described as very low),
• four seismicity zones 2 to 5, where seismic construction rules apply to new buildings and old buildings under special conditions.

自2010年10月22日起，法国正式施行全新地震区划（seismic zoning）方案，依据地震发生概率将本国领土划分为五个地震活动性逐级递增的区域，相关法律依据为经2010年10月22日第2010-1254号、第2010-1255号法令及当日颁布的配套法令修订的《环境法典》第R563-1条至第R563-8条：
• 1类地震活动区：该区域内普通风险建筑无专项抗震要求，对应区域的地震危险性（seismic hazard）被评定为极低；
• 2至5类共4个地震活动区：该区域内新建建筑及特定条件下的既有建筑需遵循抗震建造规范。
