PolyA-miner: Accurate assessment of differential Alternative Poly-Adenylation from 3'Seq data using Vector projections and Non-negative matrix factorization [mouse]

Plethora of misprimed and noisy APA sites are filtered out by PolyA-miner Wild-type, male, C57BL/6J mouse, left hippocampal mRNA 3' end sequencing profiles generated by deep sequencing in triplicate.本数据集为野生型雄性C57BL/6J小鼠左侧海马体mRNA 3'端的三次重复深度测序图谱，其中大量错引且带有噪音的可变多聚腺苷酸化（Alternative Polyadenylation, APA）位点已通过PolyA-miner工具过滤去除。
