Supplementary Data

This dataset contains supplementary data supporting the study on the phytochemical profiling and anti-inflammatory activity of Gliricidia sepium leaf extract. The dataset includes:(1) Complete LC-HRMS phytochemical profiling data identifying 35 compounds, including retention time, peak area, and mass accuracy;(2) LC-HRMS chromatogram of the extract;(3) Raw data of anti-inflammatory activity using the carrageenan-induced paw edema model in experimental animals;(4) Percentage inflammation and inhibition data across multiple time points;(5) Summary of inhibition effects and statistical analysis, including edema volume and percentage inhibition. These data provide detailed experimental results that support the findings reported in the associated manuscript and ensure transparency and reproducibility of the study.
