This dataset contains the raw data that is used in the research article "The Impact of Low-Intensity Illumination on the Reverse Bias Behavior of Perovskite Solar Cells". It includes the results of the initial characterization (3x LIV, MPPT, DIV, RB-JV) and of the following experiments (Voltage Sweep Experiment, Quasi-Steady State Experiment, Pre-Conditioning). It also includes the movie created from the IR images to measure the surface temperature increase due to illumination.The samples were semi-transparent perovskite solar cells with an area of appr. 0.2 cm2. Four cells were fabricated on each glass substrate.
