Expected and observed runs of rhythmic triad categories across the wheat genome.

Rhythmic imbalanced triads were classified as having 1 or 2 rhythmic homoeologs q 0.05. Triads with balanced rhythmicity have 3 rhythmic homoeologs q S5 Note. For Category test 3, Triads lacking rhythmicity on the A chromosome are either: triads with 1 rhythmic homeolog on the B subgenome, triads with 1 rhythmic homoeolog on the D subgenome or triads with 2 rhythmic homoeologs on the B and D subgenomes. The same logic applies to the other 2 categories.
