Transcriptional Profiles of CMV-specific CD8+ Functional T cell subsets

This project contains total RNAseq data obtained from five functional subsets of CMV-specific CD8+ T cells from healthy human subjects. The populations include: (A) non-functional cells, expressing no cytokines in response to CMV peptide stimulation; (B) IFNg-monofunctional cells, expressing only IFNg and not TNFa or IL2; (C) TNFa-monofunctional cells; (D) bifunctional cells, expressing only IFNg and TNFa but not IL2; and (E) polyfunctional cells, expressing IFNg, TNFa, and IL2.
