CLERC Épée v0.1: Sign Language Data Layer

CLERC Épée v0.1 is a pilot multimodal dataset of American Sign Language (ASL):300 clips of 100 parallel phrases signed by 3 Deaf signers (100 clips each). Each clip is represented as a (n_frames, 128, 3) keypoint array combiningMediaPipe Hands, Pose, Face (eyes + mouth), and FACE_OVAL head silhouette,with privacy-preserving design (no internal facial features beyond eyesand mouth). Annotations include gold-standard ASL gloss segmentation withtemporal boundaries. The dataset is mirrored on Hugging Face at CLERC-DATA/epee-v01 and releasedunder CC BY-NC-SA 4.0. Statistics: 300 clips, 36,590 frames, 9.47 min signed duration, 962 glosstokens, 151 unique glosses, 100% MediaPipe head-silhouette detection rate.
