资源简介:
Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma remains one of the most lethal malignancy of all types of cancer. It is said that there are many driver gene mutations in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. Among these driver gene mutations, the frequency of mutations in the main four genes KRAS, TP53, CDKN2A and SMAD4 is high and these four genes will worsen prognosis as the number of mutations increases. The association these four gene mutations and prognosis was reported in the United States. However, there are no large-scale reports on gene mutations and prognosis in Japan. Therefore, we retrospectively utilized the database of 162 surgically resected pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma cases and investigated the relationship between the molecular characteristics of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and the prognosis. The Data Access Committee of the National Bioscience Database Center (NBDC) approved that this personal genetic data were made published according to NBDC data sharing guidelines (http://humandbs.biosciencedbc.jp/).
