Paired-end 100bp RNA-sequencing from WT mice skeletal muscle at E18.5, 2 weeks and 7 weeks. Overall design: mRNAs were extracted from tibialis anterior muscle of WT mice at 3 ages: E18.5, 2 weeks and 7 weeks (4 mice per age). Paired-end 100bp RNA-sequencing was performed to study splicing during post-natal development of muscle tissue in mice.
