To investigate the function YTH proteins in the regulation of gene expression, we established 12 transgenic lines in which each target gene has been knocked out by CRISPR/Cas9 or knocked down by siRNA. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 45 different transgenic lines. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for two wild type controls, 10 CRISPR mediated knockout mutants, 2 siRNA mediated knockdown mutants and 1 overexpression plants with three biological replicates for each samples.
