Quantum-Correlated Mid-Infrared Absorption Spectroscopy with Superconducting Nanowire Single-Photon Detectors

This dataset supports the findings of the study "Quantum-Correlated Mid-Infrared Absorption Spectroscopy with Superconducting Nanowire Single-Photon Detectors". The folder "Data for Figure" contains the raw and processed data underlying all results and figures presented in the paper. The folder "Program and Code" includes both data acquisition programs (implemented in LabVIEW) and data processing scripts.
