Number of sheep in farms in Saudi Arabia 2014-2022

In 2022, there were an estimated 21.8 million sheep on Saudi Arabian farms. This was a 4.3 million increase over the previous year, bringing it a lot closer to 2020 levels. Between 2014 and 2018, the population of sheep in farms hovered around 9 million, but jumped by eight million in 2019.
