Data set of aniline nitrogen doping modification and oxygen reduction catalytic performance of carbon fiber positive electrode of dissolved oxygen type seawater battery

Using aniline as nitrogen source, polyacrylonitrile carbon fiber was electrochemical treated in aniline and sulfuric acid mixture by one-step method, and nitrogen doped electrode was prepared by adjusting the process conditions.  It was characterized by scanning electron microscopy, Raman spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy
