Dataset contains processed Parker Solar Probe measurements at one-minute cadence for encounters 8–19. Encounters 8–17 include the plasma-density and contextual measurements used in Ruffolo et al. (2024), “Observed Fluctuation Enhancement and Departure from WKB Theory in Sub-Alfvénic Solar Wind,” Astrophysical Journal Letters, 977, L19, DOI: 10.3847/2041-8213/ad9727. Magnetic-field measurements are derived from the Parker Solar Probe FIELDS flux-gate magnetometer (MAG). Proton velocity measurements are derived from the SWEAP/SPAN-I Level 3 proton-moment product. SPAN-I velocity measurements are retained when the peak of EFLUX_VS_PHI occurs below 160 degrees in instrument azimuth, following the field-of-view criterion described by Ruffolo et al. (2024). The hybrid plasma number density uses quasi-thermal-noise (QTN) electron-density estimates where available. For Encounters 8–19, the QTN processing follows the heuristic procedure described in Ruffolo et al. (2024), with the published FIELDS QTN product used for Encounter 15. Where QTN density is unavailable, accepted SPAN-I proton-density measurements are multiplied by an empirical factor of 0.86. Density measurements are then averaged to one-minute cadence.
