Fecal microbiome of pigs inoculated with "Brachyspira hampsonii"

The goals of the study were to determine if composition of the fecal microbiome was associated with clinical outcome following inoculation with pathogenic "Brachyspira hampsonii", and how the structure of the fecal microbiome was affected by infection.
