Single-gene trees

Single-gene trees in newick format. Each data set has at least eight sets of trees, seven of which were produced by the seven examined strategies, and the eighth one corresponded to the "best-observed" trees. Some data sets also have an additional set of trees consisting of previously reported trees from the original studies. For protein data sets, best-fit models used in phylogenetic analyses are also provided for all alignments.
