<b>Association of ASRGL1 loss and TDP-43 proteinopathy in brain samples of ALS patients</b>

FFPE brain cortex samples from 3 pre-selected ALS individuals with very low levels of ASRGL1 and 3 normal controls were stained by immunofluorescence with ASRGL1 and TDP-43 antibodies.

本研究遴选3例经预先筛选、天冬酰胺酶样蛋白1（ASRGL1）表达水平极低的肌萎缩侧索硬化（Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, ALS）患者的福尔马林固定石蜡包埋（Formalin-Fixed Paraffin-Embedded, FFPE）大脑皮层样本，以及3例正常对照样本，采用抗ASRGL1与抗Tar DNA结合蛋白43（TDP-43）抗体进行免疫荧光染色。
