This data set was developed using PRISM mean annual precipitation data from 2002 to 2013. Scenes were re-sampled to 4km using bilinear methods of interpolation and re-projected to UTM WGS84 using the R library raster. Mean, standard deviation of annual precipitation and the variance in annual precipitation are included in this data set.
