Dataset for Leeuwis et al. (2025)

This dataset supports the main conclusions of a publication by Leeuwis et al. (2025) in Conservation Physiology. The dataset consists of the following files: CTmax_data.xlsx and CTmax_metadata.xlsx which contain CTmax data for both wrasse and cod; Respirometry_data.xlsx and Respirometry_metadata.xlsx which contain respirometry data for cod; Raw respirometry recordings for cod in 17 individual files named Resp_Fish01_Cold.csv etc.; Donor_data.xlsx and Donor_metadata.xlsx which contain data incl.
