Data on patents that have won the China Patent Award (up to the 23rd edition) and patents that have not won awards

The dataset consists of two parts:（1）Data on patents that have won the China Patent Gold Award (up to the 23rd session).（2）A set of data on non-award-winning patents.The data is provided in .dta format and includes logistic regression data for both datasets (1) and (2), and negative binomial regression data for dataset (1) only. Below are the explanations of the English field names:- ipc_div: The ipc_div index of the patent.- ipc_num: The number of subclasses in the IPC classification of the patent.- ipc_div_citation: The ipc_div index of the cited patents.- ipc_num_citation: The number of subclasses in the IPC classification of the cited patents.- rs: The rs index of the patent.- rs_citation: The rs index of the cited patents.- prize: Whether the patent has won the China Patent Gold Award (1 for awarded, 0 for not awarded).- F1: Whether the patent IPC classification includes subclass "A61K".- F2: Whether the patent IPC classification includes subclass "B01J".- F3: Whether the patent IPC classification includes subclass "C07D".- F4: Whether the patent IPC classification includes subclass "C12N".- F5: Whether the patent IPC classification includes subclass "H04L".- C1: Whether the applicant type of the patent is "Individual".- C2: Whether the applicant type of the patent is "Individual + Enterprise".- C3: Whether the applicant type of the patent is "Individual + Research Institution".- C4: Whether the applicant type of the patent is "Enterprise".- C5: Whether the applicant type of the patent is "Enterprise + Research Institution".- C6: Whether the applicant type of the patent is "Research Institution".- ipc_div1: The square of the ipc_div index of the patent.- ipc_num1: The square of the number of subclasses in the IPC classification of the patent.- ipc_div_citation1: The square of the ipc_div index of the cited patents.- ipc_num_citation1: The square of the number of subclasses in the IPC classification of the cited patents.- rs1: The square of the rs index of the patent.- rs_citation1: The square of the rs index of the cited patents.
