Canonical Core Release v1.1.2b This record preserves a historically defined empirical relaxation observable for disk galaxies together with its fully reproducible reference implementation. The primary observable is the dimensionless parameter η, defined as: η = V_obs(2.5 kpc) / V_CDM(2.5 kpc) evaluated at a fixed physical radius r₀ = 2.5 kpc. η is strictly empirical and model-agnostic. It does not encode dark-matter microphysics, scattering rates, cross sections, or particle-physics parameters. It functions solely as an ordering parameter for inner galaxy dynamics. This release provides: formal machine-readable observable definitions the canonical dataset used in this version a deterministic analysis pipeline explicit uncertainty propagation integrity hashes for long-term verification This record is published as a historical and reproducibility artifact.It freezes the computational state of the observable at the time of release. Portions of the development workflow (e.g. refactoring, packaging, documentation structuring) were assisted by large language model (LLM) tools. All numerical computations and statistical procedures are fully specified in the released source code and are independently reproducible without LLM involvement at runtime.
