资源简介:
Data uploaded corresponds to the collection pediod from 13 June 2017 to 30 Nov 2018, of a flux tower installed at the basin mangrove located in Puerto Morelos (Jardín Botánico Dr. Alfredo Barrera Marín), Quintana Roo, Mexico. Conventional procedures of the eddy covariance method (Burba, 2013) were followed to process raw flux data and produce half-hourly averaged data of net ecosystem-atmosphere CO2 flux (µmol s-1 m-2), latent heat flux (W m-2), and sensible heat flux (W m-2), using the software EddyPro 6.2.1 (LI-COR). The statistical screening tests and de-spiking raw data was performed (Vickers & Mahrt, 1997). The angle-of-attack correction recommended for Gill anemometers was applied (Nakai & Shimoyama, 2012). Two axis rotations were applied to the raw horizontal (u, v) and vertical (w) wind components to align u in the mean wind direction and w normal to u, respectively (Kaimal & Finnigan, 1994). The detrend method used was block averaging. Time lags between the anemometric and gas analyzer´s measurements were detected and compensated via de covariance maximization procedure (Fan et al., 1990). Spectral analysis and corrections (i.e. high- and low-pass filtering losses) were conducted following the methods of Moncrieff et al. (1997) and Massman (2000). The WPL procedure was performed to correct water vapor flux for the effect of sensible heat flux (Webb, Pearman, & Leuning, 1980). Half-hourly flux data were not filtered according to u* threshold. Data were filtered only according to the following criteria: i) low signal stregth of the open-path gas analyzer (LI-7500, LI-COR; <75), ii) wind direction from outside the area of interest that is the basin mangrove (i.e. < 30° or > 210°), iii) quality flag different from zero (0-1-2 system; Mauder & Foken, 2004), and iv) precipitation. Flags corresponding to these filters are included: SS_FILTER, FETCH_FILTER, FC_SSITC_TEST, and P_RAIN_F_1_1_1. Only precipitation gaps were filled using the nearest automatic pluviometer. Data includes meteorological variables as well as inundation water level.
