Screened corpus, recorded screening decisions, fragility-function inventory and reference file for "From damage catalogues to fragility functions"

Supplementary data for a PRISMA 2020 review of quantitative resilience assessment for photovoltaic systems under extreme weather. S2: the complete screened corpus of 3 507 unique Scopus records, each with its relevance score, band, matched signals and bibliographic metadata. S2b: the decisions and written reasons recorded during screening for the 600 records of band C. S4: the digitised inventory of published fragility and vulnerability functions, with intensity measure, damage state, parameters, derivation basis and provenance for each. S5: the reference file for all 96 sources, recording the verification status of each. The README states the scope and the limits of each file, including which screening decisions were and were not retained.
