Spiking dataset from McBride et al. 2022: Influence of claustrum on cortex varies by area, layer, and cell type

Contains spiking data collected with Neuropixels probes from mouse cortical brain areas during optogenetic stimulation of claustrum. More details can be found in the preprint here: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2022.02.22.481532v2

Spiking data has been spike sorted with Kilosort.

Other data includes wheel movement, optogenetic and visual stimulus information, trial timing, and metadata about each experiment and animal.

To access data, unzip "McBride_et_al_2022_spiking_data.zip" into a folder. One file "metadata.csv" contains metadata, while each ".hdf5" file contains the data from a single probe recording from a single experiment. In most experiments, 2 or more probes recorded simultaneously.
