Heat Requirements Living 2025: Projected heat demand of residential buildings for 2025, aggregated to the district area in MWh/a: In consultation with an expert panel, the future residential building heat demand within the described settlement areas was estimated. The development of the population and per capita living space (at municipal level) was taken into account. In addition, an individual refurbishment probability has been established for each type of settlement, reflecting the experience in the Saarland of recent years.
