Register and auxiliary books at the Human Rights Ombudsman of the Republic of Slovenia to the Commission due to the infringement procedure

For the purposes of the records of pending cases, for the effective management and transparency of proceedings and for statistical reporting by the Ombudsman of the Republic of Slovenia, he shall keep: — register for minor offences cases in which a decision on an offence is issued; — register for cases in which an accusation is made; — a list of objects removed; — records of overdue, unpaid fines, court fees, costs of proceedings, confiscation of proceeds and penalties for procedural misconduct and alternative prisons As of 29.12.2016, no records have been registered because the authority has not initiated and conducted any proceedings as a minor offence body.
