Values are expressed as % of injected dose (ID) per gram of tissue. Five groups of mice (four animals each) bearing galectin-3 positive ARO xenografts were injected with 100 µCi of 99mTc-labeled mAb to galectin-3 (30 µg protein). Data represent the average value of %ID/gm of tissue in 4 animals sacrificed at 3 hrs, 6 hrs, 9 hrs, 12 hrs and 24 hrs post-injection of the radiotracer.
