Lung in C57BL mice: Control vs cigarette smoke exposure

The gene expression profling between Control and cigarette smoke exposure for 2 or 4 weeks in lung of C57BL male mice. Male 10-week-old C57BL mice were exposed to clean air (control) or mainstream cigarette smoke for 1 h/day (10 to 11 AM), 5 days/ week, for 2 or 4 weeks. After treatment, mice were sacrificed, and removed lungs. Control and cigarette smoke exposure. 5 and 5 control male mice, 5 and 4 cigarette smoke exposure male mice for 2 and 4 weeks, respectively. Mixed 4 or 5 samples from each group for each array.
