In order to gain insight into gene regulation in the Drosophila gut following oral infection, we performed the genome-wide DNA Polymerase II binding data for Polymerase II in the fly gut. Overall design: There are three conditions: Control, Pseudomonas entomophila infection, and Erwinia carotovora carotovora 15 infection. One replicate of each with input and chipped samples.
