The data were obtained with the differential scanning calorimetry, polarizing optical microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and broadband dielectric spectroscopy. The measurements were performed for two liquid crystalline mixtures: MIX5HFHH6 (MHPOBC:3F5HPhF6:3F5HPhH6 molar ratio 0.5:0.25:0.25) and MIX6HFHH6 (MHPOBC:3F6HPhF6:3F6HPhH6 molar ratio 0.5:0.25:0.25). The dataset was obtained as a part of the project “Research and characterization of the smectic glasses of selected liquid crystalline mixtures” 2023/07/X/ST3/00182 (MINIATURA 7), financed by the National Science Centre, Poland.
